How it works

How the vendor journey works

A clear path from creating your account to getting paid for completed work.

  1. 01

    Create your vendor account

Sign up on the vendor dashboard with your email and business details. You'll use this workspace to manage services, bookings, and payouts.

  2. 02

    Verify your identity

Complete KYC with a valid ID and, where needed, proof of business. Verification helps customers trust you before you go live.

  3. 03

Set up your profile & services

Add your banner, about section, location, opening hours, and the services you offer — with prices and durations customers can book.

  4. 04

    Receive bookings & custom requests

Show up in marketplace search and categories. Customers book listed services or send custom requests when they need something more specific.

  5. 05

    Deliver & get paid

Complete the job, then payment is released to your wallet once the booking is confirmed — held securely until the work is done.

  6. 06

    Build your reputation

Happy clients leave reviews that boost your profile. Strong ratings help you win more bookings over time.
